Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for made-to-order items.

Some products may be offered as pre-order. Pre-order items will be clearly labeled on the product page and will be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Estimated production and shipping times will be displayed at checkout or on the product page.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after processing

  • International: 10–20 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.


International Orders & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are managed by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at mindgamesstore1@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
