Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or made-to-order products. As our products are printed on demand, returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind may not be accepted.

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
